Our Story

In 2017, Pastor Spears and Elder Jennifer's ministry started in their living room where they held a weekly Bible Study for friends and family when they relocated back to Richmond, Virginia. 

In 2018, Pastor Spears and Elder Jennifer  joined and served at City Church (RVA) under the leadership of the late Dr. Dimitri Bradley who gave Pastor Spears mentorship and opportunities to serve and lead in ministry. After his tragic death, Dr. Spears continued Bible studies.  

In 2020, Pastor Spears and Elder Jennifer launched an online church during the COVID-19 Pandemic which offered a space for friends, family, and church members to stay connected and learn the Word during the most difficult season many have ever experienced in life. 

In 2022, Pastor Spears and Elder Jennifer learned and served under Liberty International Ministries (LIM) where they received training in Apostolic and Prophetic ministry. Pastor Spears was also ordained as a Licensed Pastor by Pastor Carpenter (North Carolina). 

In October 2022, Pastor Spears and Elder Jennifer launched their first brick and mortar storefront the Grace and Peace Center in Henrico Virginia. 

In January 2023, the Christian Cultural Center (CCC) conducted an interview on Pastor Dr. Spears and his journey into ministry. 

In 2024, Pastor Spears completed a Master's Degree in Seminary Christian Ministry from the New School of Biblical Theology 

(Brooklyn, NY) under his Spiritual Father Dr. A.R. Bernard (Christian Cultural Center).
